No community is too small and we do not have a minimum per month for administrative support services.
HOA Rehabilitation: Best suited for challenged associations with deferred maintenance, capital projects, or broken community relationships.
HOA Rehabilitation is Alluvia's unique specialty. Our HOA Rehab strategy has turned associations on the brink of condemnation around to thriving communities today. Whether it is high-conflict communities with broken community relationships, or a property with evident deferred maintenance and capital needs but little money, Alluvia is ready to roll-up our sleeves and help find away forward.
Premium Community Management: Best suited for boards who serve in a supervisory capacity.
Premium community management includes all of the administrative duties plus more! Your community manager will participate in board meetings and annual meetings, manage service vendors and contract processes, execute on maintenance plans, and consult with the board on policy and process decisions. This program offers a flat monthly fee for comprehensive services with few circumstances out of scope.
Administrative Support Services: Best suited for active and experienced boards.
We offer a wide-range of adminstrative support services to assist the board of directors in fullfilling their obligations and duties. From billing and collecting dues, preparing financial reports, inspections, violation notices, taking notes at meetings, organizing meetings, sending notices, and much more. Let us know what services your association needs and we will be glad to help in anyway. This program offers a low flat monthly fee for recurring services and a la carte charges for services needed infrequently.
