Our mission: Amber Property Management was established by a group of professional property managers, who have been in the business since 1994. We are determined to provide the best possible service to meet the needs of the homeowner associations we serve.
Each of our Community Managers is required to be certified through the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers, prior to being hired or within the first year of employment. The process to receive the certification requires successful completion of more than 30 hours of core education and ethics courses. Once certified, the managers must re-certify every 3 years, with a repeat of the ethics course, ensuring a professional standard of service to homeowners.
With our team of professional and experienced managers, we can competently provide the following services:
- Documentation and tracking of accounting information, maintenance requests, violations and architectural applications through our online portal for Board members and owners
- After hours emergency call availability, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
- Talk to a live person
- Monthly Board meeting preparation, attendance and follow up
- Preparation of a comprehensive directors/management report
- Preparation and documentation of association minutes
- Documented property site observations, including photographs
- Member correspondence and communications
- Coordination of annual election process
- Annual membership meeting administration
