Cityscape Real Estate,LLC was established in 2002 by Ron Herdt. Ron has been a Realtor in Colorado since 1972 and knows the Real Estate and Property Management business like few other Realtors in Colorado. Ron's daughter, Julie Lierman, has been with CityScape Real Estate full time since 2006 to continue the family business.
Cityscape Real Estate has relationships with many service providers that allow us to get work done for you faster and less expensive. We manage enough properties to attract service providers that will make our properties a priority for them. We have a full time staff of agents that each specialize in a particular part of the Metro area and front range, so we are strategically placed in close proximity to your property. ONLINE PAYMENTS
Avoid being late on rent! Tenants may make online payments 24/7 through their portal login. Tenants can also setup automatic payments to be deducted every month. Owners can also make contributions to their portfolio through their portal login.
TENANT PLACEMENT
Our tenant screening process starts with a low cost application fee per adult residing in the property. Our screening process involves a full background check including credit, criminal, employment or source of income and rental/residence history. Once approved, tenants will be asked to pay the deposit in full and sign a lease to hold the property for them until move in. Tenants will be required to pay the first month rent prior to taking occupancy.
