Colony Realty has been serving Hatteras Island for more than 50 years! In 1962, we began in the vacation rental business and grew to incorporate yearly home rentals for the past 20 years. During the past 15 years of successful long-term property management, Colony Realty has grown its program from just a few homes to more than 50 homes.
Over the years, we have refined our management program to find the most suitable residents for the homes in our program. Colony Realty has recently chosen to focus exclusively on yearly rental homes. This allows us even more of a personal connection with the owners and the residents.
Colony Realty is the only exclusive long-term property management company on Hatteras Island.
