I was introduced to Rose Fletcher via our realtor who found us our beautiful home in Encinitas, California 6 years ago. When I asked Jeannie Gleeson from Berkshire Hathaway, who she would recommend for a property manager, she did not hesitate for a second and replied enthusiastically, ROSE FLETCHER! And so I did not waste any more time researching for the best property manager in the San Diego area since I knew Jeannie only works with the BEST and wouldn’t recommend Rose unless she respected and trusted her. From the get go Rose was “on it” and knew exactly what we needed and negotiated the absolute best price for our home according to the market. She got everything done in a timely manner (actually BEFORE we needed everything done!) and even showed up as our moving truck was departing to help us load up all of our extra bags of trash (there were a LOT) and some belongings that were accidentally left behind by the movers, and said that she could take them in her personal car and dispose of our excess trash and store our belongings for us! Who DOES that?!! Rose does. She is the real deal and a gem to work with. She reduced our stress level in so many ways during such a stressful time, by taking charge and always remaining positive and professional

Choosing the right property manager makes all the difference and we definitely chose the right person for this job! We are so thankful to have Rose Fletcher as our current property manager. Very pleased with Rose's professionalism, quick and timely responses, and process thoroughness. She found us a great and qualified tenant within a couple of weeks of signing with her as a leasing agent, and was both very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend, and would definitely use her services again in the future!

Rose is very detailed about everything which makes your job much easier as a landlord. I had water issue before I worked with Rose, but she helped me out using different devices to protect the property. She is on top of the lease agreement and payments. She makes sure your property is always rented. Rose is always available and ready to to get the job done, I had to call her few times over the weekends or send her to the property to check few things out and she were always available to get it done. I worked with a big property management company before meeting Rose and hated my life as a landlord because I was the one getting everything done. In general, I am super happy with her service and will highly recommend her.

Rose has been amazing! We rented an apartment that she managed and she has been probably one of the top property managers we have dealt with. She doesn’t cut corners, she’s respectful of us as tenants, and she made the process of renting so easy and quick! Anytime we have had issues, she communicates thoroughly. She’s an expert on leaks, preventing leaks and how to handle leaks should they occur!

Rose has proven herself over and over again to be a vital asset as a property owner. She is very prompt, professional and easy to work with.
