Our main focus is on rental properties (investment properties owned by our friends), however if you need to buy or sell we are licensed brokers so we can help you with that also! We focus on helping our friends rent and maintain their investments. The following is what we do for our friends (clients);

Convenience: 

We handle all aspects of finding a renter for your property. Because we have multiple properties we are able to use our scale and marketing power to rent your investment quickly. We handle all marketing and showings of your rental. We advertise your property in multiple ways (web sites, print advertising, corporate contracts, relocation services, signage, MLS, and many other ways).

Background, Credit Checks, and Leases: 

We will perform full background, credit, and income verification checks on all potential renters. We also offer standard REALTOR lease agreements that we can put together for our clients.

Applications: 

You have the final choice, our company will provide you with a potential renter but you will have the final decision.

Property Management: 

If you choose we can handle everything so you are not bothered by those 1am phone calls. Our company offers a full property management service, we make your investment hassle free! We offer property management services on everything from single family residents to small/large multi-family buildings.

Purchasing / Selling:

We are a fully licensed real estate firm (and REALTOR) so if you don't currently have an investment property and would like to purchase one we can help you with that also. And, if you ever do need to sell your property we can handle selling your property and/or purchasing a new one. We work with both investment properties and regular home purchasing and selling.
