For property management services, we are a full service management company that charges a simple flat fee that includes many serivces with no hidden fees. In addition to all the serivces, we respond 24 hours a day to any property related emergencies.
Services we provide for our flat fee of 9%:
- Pay for and manage advertising of each property
- Pre-qualify tenants before showing properties
- Coordinate showings of all current rentals
- Document condition of property by taking over 150 photos
- Qualify tenants interested in renting property
- Create and execute rental agreements
- Initiate and supervise repair and cleaning of properties
- Ensure property condition is ready for new tenants
- Continuously advertise properties to ensure low vacancies
- Provide owners with monthly statements and end of year tax reporting documents
- Quickly pay owners each month through electronic transfer
- Serve signed notices to tenants when necessary
