Encompass Real Estate Services is a full service commercial real estate company based in Indianapolis Indiana. We specialize in the leasing and management of commercial properties throughout Indiana. Our team has over 50 years of commercial property management experience. During that time we have succeeded in improving asset values, increasing cash flow, and improving properties to meet the needs of our property owners. We have consistently managed an average of 200,000 sf of space annually including 22 years managing a 100,000 sf office park which maintains a 85% occupancy rate. We have an in-house CPA with over 27 years experience who will provide full accounting services for your property.

We will ensure that our team correctly accounts for all funds and maintains complete and accurate records. We inspect the property and meet your tenants. As your manager we want to develop a strong relationship with your tenants. Other things we can do for you that maintain your investment and your pride of ownership include the coordination of all services such as trash removal, alarm monitoring and security and the Coordination and supervision of janitorial services.
