Property Marketing
We work quickly to get your vacancy filled. Our team advertises both digitally & using traditional promotional methods. We show the property until we find the right renter.

Tenant Screening
Our team carefully screens every application we receive. All prospective renters must pass our strict financial and background checks to be considered for one of our properties.

Maintenance
We keep your property in great shape. We outsource maintenance to quality vendors and we don't charge any additional fees. 

Rent Collection
We require electronic payments for rent. This puts an end to tenants claiming the rent is in the mail.

Property Inspections
Many owners worry about their houses being trashed. Frequent inspections prevent this. The tenant knows we're watching and we can spot any issues early and often.

Financial Reporting
We email monthly statements and you can access your financials anywhere on your phone via our app.

Our standard management package includes a 10% management fee and a leasing fee equal to the first month's rent. There is no upcharge on maintenance. We also have a lease-only service if you want to handle the day-to-day management.
