Our full service management includes the following:
Comprehensive and thorough applicant vetting to include employment, credit, criminal background, personal references, public record search, prior landlord(s) reference and DMV search.
Initial tenant walk through, property acclimation, establishing a tenant and owner portal for each property, facilitation of tenant work requests, processing of rental and owner payments including a full accounting of all income and expenses which are posted to the owner portal, monitoring of water bills (facilitating water affidavits where applicable) monthly drive-bys, handling of repairs, move out walk throughs and reconciliation of security deposits.
Our fee structure varies based upon size of portfolio. Fees range from 4%-10%. We can provide a more accurate fee schedule once we know the location and size of your portfolio. Eviction fees also vary. They range from $400 on up depending upon court costs, fees and length of process.
