A Qwik outline of our fees:

• Flat $75 per month management fee
• No out-of-pocket costs at signup for occupied homes
• $300 marketing fee (includes sign, lockbox, flyers, marketing video, all online ads)
• $300 leasing commission (Not paid until we get your property leased)
• 6 MONTH TENANT GUARANTEE! If a HomeQwik approved tenant vacates in the first 6 months, you get the next lease with NO marketing fee and NO management fees until a new lease is signed.

Our owner services include:

• An extensive marketing package that includes online Videos!
• Extensive internet ads which generate hundreds of leads every week!
• Thorough move-in and move-out videos are taken at each property, to help protect both you and your tenants at the end of a lease.
• 24/7 online access to a portal for real time accounting and documentation.
• Outstanding online reviews, check us out!
