  • We have a large network of specialized vendors, and we have pre-negotiated discounts with these partners. We pass along the savings to our clients. 
  • We built a custom Work Order System, for the fastest response time in the industry when a tenant submits a repair request. This ensures that crucial repairs will always be handled promptly.
    • Our Work Order System automatically notifies you every time an action is taken on a work order, for complete real-time transparency into the management of your home.

• We collect rent through ACH Direct Debit, for superior processing speed and income stability. 
• We handle escrow management for security deposits, in compliance with all jurisdictional laws.
• We help stabilize cash-flow for our clients in several ways, for optimal financial balancing:
  • Rent is credited to clients’ bank on the third business day of the month, even if we have not yet received rent from the tenant until the 5^thday (the grace period as allowable by law). 
  • We pay our vendors upfront for all approved repairs, and debit them from our clients the following month—this ensures that our clients will never need to come out of pocket for repair expenses until they have received their rental income.
