Our company owner graduated with a degree in Real Estate and after earning a Real Estate License in 1988, began being trained in large portfolio property managment. In 1995 Pensacola Home Rentals was born as the Rental Department for Waddell Realty.
Pensacola Home Rentals has been a market leader for providing superior client and customer services. We recognize the importance of high quality professionalism for our clients who we identify as our owners. Our customers are very important. Our customers are tenants and we work hard daily for the best in customer care. We screen all tenants and work quickly to secure a tenant that meets our tenant selection requirments (found on our website).
We do inspections for documention not only for tenant care but maintenance items so owners can keep their homes in good working condition. We use only leaders in the industry for our accounting and managment software. We have attorney consultation and oversight for tenant relations and also evictions. We offer superior responsiveness for maintenance (great for tenant relations) issues due to our "in house" maintenance services with state certified contractor oversight.
Our marketing for your home is awesome. Our only issue is needing more rentals to manage so we can meet the various size, location, and cost demands from so many prospective tenants.
