PMI Coeur d'Alene is part of a global franchise consisting of approximately 350 offices, and growing.  We've been a part of the local Coeur d'Alene / Post Falls communities since 2020.  Our specialties are in residential and short-term vacation properties within Kootenai and Bonner counties.

For residential properties, we:

• Help determine the market value of your property to maximize your rent
• Take photos and market your property on our site and syndicate out to other popular sites
• Take calls from prospective tenants and shedule in-person showings
• Screen tenants with a credit check, background check, income and job verification, call references
• Set up tenant with a tenant portal where they can make rent payments and request maintenance
• Set up owners with an owner portal so they can keep real-time track of their property
• Collect rent and pay owner within 10 business days
• Receive maintenance requests
• Work with professionals to quickly resolve maintenance issues
• Provide in-person interior and exterior property inspections
• Provide eviction services
• Send the owner a 1099 and year-end for tax purposes

For short-term vacation rental properties, we:

• Help determine the nightly rental price of the property, which fluctuates based on the season
• Market the property on PMI Travel, Airbnb, VRBO to include professional photos
• Register your property with the appropriate tax authorities
• Collect taxes and pay them on your behalf
• Professional housekeeping services after each tenant turn
• Property inspections
• Provide maintenance services
• Property specific Facebook page
• Set up owner with owner portal for full view of booking calendar, earnings forecast, etc.
• Set up property with keyless entry smart dashboard (locks, thermostat, security)
