About Us
We pride ourselves in our hands-on, convenient approach, which includes an all-in-one philosophy. We’re equipped with 24-hour on-call service along with an in-house construction staff, capable of meeting all of your landscaping, snow removal and construction needs. As a local property management company, we are just minutes away and are available for weekly rounds to ensure that the property and all owners are 100% satisfied at all times.
Our full range of real estate services include market analysis, advertising, open houses, scheduling and showing property to potential buyers/tenants, and purchase or lease paperwork. In addition, our real estate division partners with mortgage, insurance, credit repair and home warranty companies so that the buyer or seller only needs to deal with one entity. In essence, we are a one-stop shop.
We also provide a full range of maintenance services, including preparing property for sale/rental and ensuring that property values remain intact. All tenant calls are received by Premier Property Management who then dispatches the correct team to look into the matter. In addition, we also provide a toll-free number that owners may call with any questions or concerns, which is available 24/7.
Finally, our accounting services include full bookkeeping services for all bill paying and hoa payments. Monthly hoa and financial statements are provided on-line for you to view at your convenience.
As for transitioning from your current property management company, a key to our success is the open line of communication that we keep between ourselves and our clients, tenants and homeowners. We always begin with a meet and greet open house where we provide refreshments with the hopes of introducing ourselves and our team to the Board and the homeowners. At this open house, an owner information sheet will be distributed to each owner in order to collect vital information for the processing of hoa fees and in order to manage the property successfully. We feel that handing these letters out personally creates a lasting impression, opens the lines of communication with the owners and helps them to match a name with a face.
