- Screening and Lease Signing via Buildium Property Management Software
- Financial Reporting Package: Income Statements, Balance Sheet, Capital Expenditures, Cash Flow Statement, and Distributions Statement will be provided monthly.

Ron Bright serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Prime Management and Real Estate Services and as Property Manager. Ron is also a member of IREM, Institute of Real Estate Management and a CPM.
Graduating from Sam Houston State University with a major in Marketing and a minor in Accounting, Ron fell in-love with the high-volume aspect of student-housing beginning in 2008 when he was hired by Fairfield Residential. Having excelled through multiple layers of the industry during the 2010's, Ron was appointed to Property Manager by 2013, Area Manager of four markets by 2015 and lastly as Regional Property Manager by 2016. His accomplishments include new-lease ups, renovations, rebranding and repositioning. Ron has taken multiple properties, that were considered impossible to fill, to be consistently fully occupied and much more valuable. Through his years of working in many markets and with many people Ron has established close relationships with very strong specialists and analysts.
