A Litte About the Owner of RealTegrity Property Management:
Robert Swiderski has been a licensed Broker since 2002 and Property Manager since 2009. Prior to opening RealTegrity Property Management in 2018, Mr. Swiderski worked for Douglas Elliman Property Management and later, First Service Residential, where he was on the management team for 432 Park Ave, NYC, the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere at the time of completion.
Realizing the "big" management companies treated the outer boroughs as the training grounds for their Manhattan Agents, Mr. Swiderski created RealTegrity Property Management by implementing what worked at the big companies, eliminated what didn't, added his passion for customer service and created a management company that specializes in the unique needs for owners of buildings located in Queens and Brooklyn.
