Management Fee:
- $200 Set Up Fee. This includes: professional property evaluation, assess rent ready needs of the property, professional rental analysis, professional photos and a professional 360 virtual tour (valued at $150), create online AD, set up of owner account. Set Up Fee is based on a sliding scale- set up fee decreases as more properties are acquired by Ridge Property Management.
- 10% Management Fee: This includes: detailed quarterly interior and exterior inspections, monthly drive by's, utility coordination, coordinate fall and spring winterization/ dewinterization, 24 hour emergency maintenance, extensive online advertising on 20+ websites, comprehensive tenant screening (8-point system). This covers just a few of the management responsibiities, we have 19 additional management duties that Ridge will perform to ensure your property is managed to the highest and professional level on your behalf. Management fee is based on a sliding scale- management fee decreases as we manage more properties.
