Our Systems and Processes

All our listings offer online applications, work orders, and rent payments to tenants. Owner bank accounts can be connected for direct deposit.

Rental Marketing

All properties are advertised on the MLS and syndicates, as well as in local classifieds. We work with owners of multifamily properties to develop effective campaigns within their budgets.

Maintenance

Our in-house staff has years of experience supervising apartment maintenance and remodeling homes.

Tenant Screening

All applicants are screened through Experian for credit and criminal backgrounds. We also require income verification assuring residents make three times the monthly rent account.

Inspections

Each property is inspected by a company owner to make sure that your home or apartment is being well taken care of by the renters.

Rent Collection

For delinquent tenants, we pursue collections aggresively by phone and email. In the unlikely event of an eviction, we work with a local attorney who specializes in only evictions, so income loss is minimal.
