Established in 1991, we are a 2ND Generation Family Run Business along with our “Team Stringer” Representatives.  Stringer Management has one of the largest inventories of properties in Sarasota, Manatee & Charlotte counties for over 30+ years.  Our Motto is “We treat your property as if it were our own!”  Stringer Management specializes in Property Management for Annual Unfurnished Rentals, Vacation Furnished Rentals (Season/Off-Season), Non-Management services for Annual Unfurnished Rentals and Sales.
