The Associated Management Company (TAMC) offers a range of services and expertise bringing knowledge of property management and experience working with property owners, lenders, syndicators, government officials, non-profit organizations, residents and community groups. We offer a full spectrum of relevant technical, functional, and management expertise. Our credibility in both the public and private sectors comes from our commitment to providing quality housing to our residents.
TAMC has demonstrated success in the development, implementation and administration of management plans, marketing plans, improvement plans, policies and procedures, along with the installation of systems required to enhance the existing operations of non-profit, affordable and assisted housing communities. Our focus has been primarily in Southeast Michigan, with assets in Wayne, Oakland, Livingston, Genesee, Ingham, and St. Clair counties, but we have supported and managed throughout all of Michigan.
To achieve the objectives of our clients, TAMC analyzes financial reports and provides planning services to protect and enhance the value of your asset. We believe that maximizing income, quality budgeting and financial controls are key to successful investment performance. TAMC will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations. Staff will be assigned to manage the necessary administrative functions of the community.
We have high standards for employee engagement, and this allows for higher efforts and results from our team. We survey our successes on a regular basis. Our Human Resources department is truly a resource for our team members. They have support in all areas including benefits and payroll. We also have an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that offers assistance for personal needs that may otherwise distract.
