Marketing and Advertising your property is key to renting it. We market your property on several websites, getting your property lots of exposure.

Tenant screening is very important. We look for well qualified people. We want tenants who will pay their rent on time and take care of your property. We check credit history, employment, past rental history, and criminal background.

Our lease is complete and thorough, so all parties know exactly what their obligations are.

Accounting and reports are provided monthly. We collect the rents, pay property bills , and send Owners there monthly draws and reports.

Maintenance calls are handled promptly, by the property manager. Our preferred vendors save you time and money. They are also available for after hour emergencies.

We inspect all properties we manage on a regular basis to ensure they are being well maintained by the tenants. This includes two drive by inspections per month and two walk through inspections per year.

Our Property Management / Leasing fees are very competitive. We currently offer the first month property management fee free to try us.

About the Owner

Bonnie Dominick has been active in Real Estate since 2003, starting out in the business in residential sales. Since then, she has gained extensive experience in all aspects of the industry, but now focuses her talents on commercial sales and leasing, and property management throughout the Greater Sacramento area. Bonnie has worked with large developers, managed commercial office buildings, retail centers, and even Owner’s Associations.

She has managed apartment complexes, great and small, and a multitude of residential properties. Bonnie has extensive knowledge of today’s market, and possesses the tools necessary to enable any property to become successful. She takes pride in the services she provides, and strives to maintain complete client satisfaction. And it’s with this ongoing commitment that has earned her a highly respected reputation in the industry.
