There you can capture your monthly reports at any Ame and also your year-end detail reports. Your owner reports are easy to read and understand and will show all maintenance or service payments. Any other bills, such as taxes, insurance can also be paid to make your life easier and your CPA very happy. Your direct payment will be received within a few days of tenant payments with a noAficaAon that funds are being deposited followed by the monthly statement via email.
The portal will also have the yearly inspecAon reports where I will share pictures and details that we can discuss to make any repairs or improvements. InspecAons of move-ins and move-outs are also posted in the portal for your reviews.
Vacancies are posted not only to our website but also to over 50 other sites for the most exposure available and I can capture real-Ame interests and also make it easy for them to apply with on-the-spot applicant screening in seconds.
99% of the tenant’s rents are collected on-line; funds are deposited faster and more securely. They also can requests maintenance for any issues that come directly to my phone for a quick response to any type of emergency. Any plumbing or electrical issue will be dealt with immediately and all other requests are shared with you for your decision.
