Tenant Screening:

Placing the right tenant is at the core of our property management services. We employ a stringent third-party screening program that delves deep into a tenant's background and payment history. Our meticulous screening process minimizes the risk of problematic tenants, providing you with peace of mind.

Maintenance:

We believe in a hands-on and cost-effective approach to maintenance. Our team personally handles all tenant maintenance calls, ensuring immediate attention to their concerns. In emergencies, we act swiftly and keep you informed. Notably, we do not charge for maintenance calls, only passing on the actual cost of repairs charged by our trusted vendors.

Inspections:

To maintain your property's excellent condition, we conduct thorough property inspections twice a year, and this service is included in our management fees. Our inspections feature comprehensive documentation, including photos and maintenance recommendations.

Accounting:

Our property management software offers convenience through owner and tenant portals for easy access to statements and proof of payment. Rent collection is streamlined through tenant portals or walk-in payments at convenient centers. All transactions are diligently recorded, and owner payments are made direct to their accounts.

Eviction Services:

In the rare event that eviction becomes necessary, we have an attorney on retainer to handle the process. We take care of all legal notices and postings, ensuring a smooth and legally compliant eviction process. (Extra Charge for Attorney fees)

Pricing Structure:

At Your Home Imagined, we offer a transparent and equitable pricing structure. We charge a flat fee for our services, ensuring fairness regardless of property size or location. An onboarding fee does apply if your property is occupied, and a leasing fee is applicable when bringing in a new tenant. We do not charge fees for vacant properties unless you request the property to remain vacant, such as preparing a property for sale.

Our management philosophy revolves around your satisfaction and success. We stand by our commitment to provide you with the best property management experience. Our guarantee: If we place a tenant who turns out to be problematic within the first six months, we waive the leasing fee for finding a new tenant.
